Gia Ray

Gia Ray got her professional dance career started at the age of 21 when she met an amazing Salsa dancer and moved to Mexico to be his dance partner. After spending six months performing and teaching there she decided to make the leap to Los Angeles, California where she worked as a model and actress. After spending a few years in LA she moved to Charlottesville ready to dive into the world of Ballroom. Gia has competed professionally in both Smooth and Rhythm and now works both at Smooth Sailing Ballroom in Charlottesville and part time in Virginia Beach.
